Sukyoung Sikdang remodeled from an old hanok (Korean-style house) is a restaurant selling barley rice!
They cook rice using chalbori (barley) and serves bori-bap that is combined with other grains so it's not too rough but is suitable to eat and fits our palate. It is served with Nongodong Doenjang-jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew with Pond Snail), which matches perfectly with Chalbori Bibimbap.
