The restaurant directly makes son dubu (home-made tofu) and sundubu (soft tofu) in the traditional way
by boiling 100% Korean beans in an iron pot.
The main dishes include Sundubu-jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew) and Dubu-jeongol (Tofu Hot Pot). Guests can take home
free kong biji (pureed soybean soup) that
comes out after making the tofu.
