Surimoe is surrounded by UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage, Gyeongju Namsan Mountain like a folding screen. It's a court-food restaurant where Director Misook Park, a bearer of the Chosun Dynasty's court cuisine, cooks herself.

Only fresh ingredients cultivated directly in the Surimoe farm and all-natural seasoning are used to showcase the original taste of court dishes. The restaurant also exerts efforts to inform of royal cuisine through various food experience programs.
